Classifieds
- There is no restriction on the number of listings a member may place within the classifieds.
- If required by law, businesses are to publish their licence number.
- All prices displayed in the classified listings are inclusive of GST where applicable
- Business Names in the listing "Title" or "Text".
- Links or references to other websites
- Offensive language
The following items will not be accepted for publication on the Site:
- Items that you do not have the owners permission to sell
- Stolen Goods
- Any item that has been recalled or banned from sale
- Anything that is illegal to sell by law
- Any item that infringes Copyright law
- Items that do not relate to the heading for the category in which they are placed
- Classified listings designed with the sole purpose of promoting a business or it's services
- Pornographic material or any items of a sexual nature
- Weapons
- Tobacco products
- Businesses for sale and Business opportunities
- Pharmaceuticals and health supplements
- Any other item deemed inappropriate, at the sole discretion of the Site operators
Any advertisement that is in breach of any of the above content restrictions, will not be approved for publication and / or removed from the website.
Trade Practices
It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure that their advertisement/s comply with the Australian Trade Practices Act 1974.
Account and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Monkey Online Pty Limited/monkey.com.au reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Typographic, Photographic and Technical Errors
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Monkey Online Pty Limited/monkey.com.au be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of typographic and photographic errors.

Payment options are: Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, Money Order and Cheque. Please make Money Orders and Cheques payable to Monkey Online Pty Ltd. Payment terms are strictly 7 days from date of invoice.

We aim to provide a sales environment that is stable, fair and serves our clients.
When purchasing advertising space ("Monkey Special" and/or business banners) from us, please ensure that you:
| (a) | have read and understand our terms and conditions of access and use of the

| (b) | check the cost, including any applicable taxes, financial institution fees etc; |
| (c) | confirm or reject your order before you pay for it; |
| (d) | print out your order / tax invoice and note any reference numbers; |
| (e) | pay securely, making sure security padlock is displayed. |

Monkey Online Pty Limited/monkey.com.au reserves all rights to reject at its
discretion any content loaded onto the website. If content that you submit is
rejected, you will receive a full refund of the payment you have made which is
relevant at the time of rejection.

If you are not reasonably satisfied with the product or service provided by
Monkey Online Pty Ltd/monkey.com.au and we are unable to remedy the cause of
dissatisfaction within 7 business days, you can choose between a refund or
credit for the unused portion of advertising space for which you have paid.
- If Monkey Online Pty Limited/monkey.com.au is unable to provide its website service to you for a period greater than 14 days, you can choose between a refund or credit for the unused portion of advertising space for which you have paid.
A refund will be given in the same form you used to make the purchase. (eg. If you bought on credit, you will be refunded on credit.)

Monkey Online Pty Ltd cannot and will not guarantee uninterrupted access to our advertising services via the Site.
