Street Address ONLY displayed in BUSINESS users classified listings. This information is collected for all registering members, in the event that the appropriate authorities make a formal request for this information.

Suburb Displayed in ALL classified listings. Enables a potential purchaser to identify your general locality.

State Displayed in ALL classified listings. Enables a potential purchaser to search for items in a particular state.

Postcode Displayed in ALL classified listings. Enables a potential purchaser to identify your general locality, if there are two places with the same or similar name within the same state.

Contact phone number Displayed in ALL classified listings. Enables potential purchasers to contact you via telephone.

Email address Displayed in ALL classified listings. Enables potential purchasers to contact you via email.

Mobile phone number Displayed in PRIVATE users classified listings if the Mobile Telephone field is completed during registration. If you do not wish to have your Mobile Telephone number displayed in your listings, go to the "my details" section of the "my account" page, delete your Mobile Telephone number and click "Update".

Business Name Displayed in all BUSINESS users classified listings.

ABN Displayed in all BUSINESS users classified listings.

License Number Displayed in all BUSINESS users classified listings when supplied. This is to meet regulatory requirements where applicable.

Business Logo Displayed in BUSINESS users classified listings, when a Business user has a Monkey Special in the category that the classified listing is placed.

You can update any of the above information by logging onto the monkey website and visiting the "my details" section of the "my account" page.

Other Personal Information:

Personal information provided voluntarily by you, including the content of any advertisement listed by you.

Responses to surveys, contests or online activities.

Non-personally identifiable information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited etc. None of this information identifies you personally.

Complaints are investigated as appropriate. The fact of the complaint may be recorded and details stored in case of future complaints against the same member.
